Это индивидуально. Сайт работать будет, но могут проблемы быть с кодировкой например, или ещё с чем, смотря как сервер настроен. 500 ошибка, скорее всего из-за не поддерживаемых директив в штекере, php_value и php_flag, пробуй закоментировать их #
